Company Overview

A leading company in the chemical sector is seeking to hire a HR Business Partner.

Location

Marghera (VE), Italy

Role and Responsibilities

The selected candidate will report to the HR Manager and will play an operational role in managing human resources within the production area. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting company decisions related to personnel management in collaboration with HR and Production Managers.
  2. Assisting the Production Manager with shift scheduling.
  3. Managing employee welfare plans such as meal vouchers, in collaboration with HR.
  4. Providing timely HR information and training.
  5. Recruiting and talent acquisition for Blue and White collar roles.
  6. Collaborating on HR reporting initiatives.
  7. Working with division leaders to develop recruitment strategies.
  8. Coordinating onboarding programs.
  9. Supporting organizational chart management and monitoring changes.
  10. Managing labor relations and union negotiations within the assigned area.
  11. Resolving disciplinary issues and conflicts.
  12. Contributing to a corporate culture focused on transparency, innovation, and team cohesion.
  13. Implementing innovative and efficient HR processes in collaboration with other departments to enhance employee experience.
Candidate Requirements
  • Degree in humanities, economics, industrial engineering, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Zucchetti HR software, and English language skills.
  • 3-5 years of experience in industrial and manufacturing companies.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
Offer Details

Permanent contract with a competitive salary based on experience, remote work options, corporate welfare benefits, and meal vouchers. The workweek consists of 38 hours, Monday to Friday.

Experience in a similar role is preferred.
