HR Business Partner | Sporting Goods | Interesting Package

Our Client for this project is a management driven family business with renown brands and a solid international presence.

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated HR Business Partner to join the team. In this role, you’ll work closely with business leaders to align people strategy with organizational goals. You'll be a trusted advisor, providing HR expertise and continue to shape a positive workplace.

As the dedicated HR point of contact for specific business areas, you’ll support managers in all key aspects of the employee lifecycle—from hiring and development to performance and change management. You are a proactive HR with both a strategic and hands‑on approach and you know how to successfully balance employee needs with business objectives.

Your Responsibilities
  • Partner with managers to identify and hire the right talent for the job.
  • Support employee development through coaching and structured growth plans
  • Contribute to organizational development and building a competitive organization
  • Be a shepherd of our strong company culture and promote employee experience
  • Build change muscles and help teams navigate transitions
  • Support compensation planning and assure adequate pay for competence

What We Are Looking For
  • Degree in economics, psychology, or a related field
  • Broad HR experience across key areas such as recruitment, development, and organizational change
  • Business acumen and understanding of business functions and priorities
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in team
  • Proactive, well‑organized, and confident working independently
  • Comfortable in both strategic discussions and operational HR topics
  • Ideally Italian and German skills, good English skills
  • Availability to travel approximately 4 days per month.
  • Proficient with MS Office and familiar with HR tools (e.g., SuccessFactors)
