What's the role?
As HR Business Partner for Sales functions, you will ensure that all HR policies and procedures are implemented in line with the Global HR strategy and local regulations. You will provide advice, guidance, and support to a variety of stakeholders in the Sales Functions. You will work in a vibrant international environment, being the counterpart of Line Managers located throughout the country and supporting the Southern Europe Head of Organizational Development & HRBP for other functions and for regional projects and change management activities.

What you need is:
* Bachelor and/or master's degree in Human resources, Business Administration, Law or similar.
* Solid previous experience in HR function as HRBP (minimum 3 years) is a must.
* Ability to move in an international or matrix environment and balance different stakeholders.
* Strategic mindset as well as data analysis and ability to deal with complex organization.
* Previous experience on HR Project management would be a nice to have.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
* Demonstrate planning and organizational skills.
* Forward-thinking to develop and implement new ideas.
