Competenze

As a core member of the HR team supporting HR topics and processes across Divisions of BA Motion, with a focus on Motors / Service organizations, you will be responsible for the overall HR contribution and value added to the business. You will partner with relevant leaders to understand business drivers and strategies, identifying opportunities for HR to add value. Your role will involve translating business goals into HR priorities and ensuring effective implementation in partnership with Centers of Expertise and global business services.

Your responsibilities

1. Implementing strategies and plans related to organizational restructuring, optimal utilization, redeployment, and resource allocation.
2. Driving high performance aligned with global standards, KPIs, and targets.
3. Representing HR in the wider business, building strong relationships with leaders, and providing guidance on HR matters.
4. Ensuring clarity and action on medium- to long-term people and organizational capabilities.
5. Interpreting HR analytics to understand organizational dynamics and trends, and acting on findings.
6. Providing leadership to ensure the area is well-organized, staffed, skilled, and directed.
7. Coaching, motivating, and developing talent to build a high-performing team.

Your background

1. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law, political sciences, or economics.
2. More than 2 years of experience as HR Business Partner, with relevant HR experience.
3. Knowledge of HR master data systems such as SAP and Workday.
4. Understanding of Compensation & Benefits systems, including grading, pay, and incentive plans.
5. Experience working in agile organizations or self-organizing environments is a plus.
6. Fluency in English and Italian.
7. Ability to manage multiple demands and work in cross-functional, global teams.
8. Strong communication skills, collaborative and solution-focused approach.
9. Passion for people, with a genuine interest in supporting individual development.
10. A curious professional with a growth mindset and proactive learning approach.
