Your Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to play the HR Business Partner role for some business lines.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • 5-10 years of experience in HR, preferably as an HRBP from consultancy or System Integrator companies
  • Agile / Project Management capabilities
  • Demonstrated use of data-based decision making and problem solving
  • Familiarity with HR technological tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems and Payroll systems
  • Knowledge of national and local employment laws
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
  • Same as required experience listed above
