OVERALL MISSION
As HR Business Partner you directly contribute aligning business objectives with internal stakeholders in the Italian Clubs (for Aspria and Aspresso Brand) and act as a consultant to club management team on human resource-related issues. To do this, you will develop strong partnerships across the organization, being a role model with regards to Aspria’s values and behaviours. You will assess and anticipate HR-related business needs and suggest integrated solutions. As a true business partner, you will maintain an effective level of business literacy about the organization’s strategy, its business results, its culture and its competition.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment
- Research new channels, actively sourcing and contacting suitable candidates across all channels
- Screening and interviewing candidates
- Provides a great candidate onboarding experience
- Builds a strong network with schools and suitable partners to recruit junior talents
- Supports the development of a strong employer brand positioning in collaboration with the HR management
Talent Development
Together with club management team identifies key talents & develops individual development plansPromotes the increase of the employee sentiment and supports in offering transparent career pathsCollaborates with the Head of HR Itay to identify training needs & opportunitiesOrganises and provides trainings for the ClubsDrives an efficient onboarding process, including the facilitation of Company tools and training for new employeesH&S trainings and medical visits handlingBusiness Partnering
Builds strong, trust-based business relationships with club management teamActively suggests new proposals in line with the identified gaps to mitigate business risksWorks closely with employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity & retentionOperatively implements HR ProjectsEnsures the HR brand standards are respected in the Clubs and act accordingly (uniforms check, orders and provider handling).Refers to the Head of HR Italy the situations that require attentionKPI Management
Measures and analyses HR KPIs, identifies issues and proposes solutionsRegular reportingBudgeting check and respectMaintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day, reducing legal risks and increasing a better knowledge among managersResolves employee relations issues – Club levelPayroll & Labour costs
Collaborates on annual budgetingGuarantees together with HR admin the monitoring of the Club monthly variances (hiring, terminations or contractual changes)Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual reports on personnel costsAnalysis of labor costs to support business decisionsAbility to guide employees in case of payroll queriesCollaborates with HR Admin & with the external Payroll Provider for the processing of monthly pay slipsCollaborates on the handling of staff presences and absences (attendance system).Efficient running of all HR processesStaff Turnover & AbsenteeismEmployee Sentiment SurveyHR BudgetEducation / knowledge
Educated to degree level in a relevant disciplineExperience
At least 2 years of experience in a HR Generalist roleVery good knowledge of Italian labour law & experience with standard employee relations issuesRecruitment and talent management experienceProven experience with payroll and labor cost controlPrevious experience and attitude in reading and analysing labour costsCompetencies
