A prestigious luxury brand is seeking an HR Business Partner to work closely with HR functions across Italy. In this role, you will handle recruitment, employee relations, and talent management while fostering strong relationships with employees. Descrizione del lavoro

Within the HR department, the HR Business Partner will report to the HR Director and work closely with other HR functions.

He/she will contribute to fostering and maintaining employee relationships through coaching, advising, and negotiating in complex situations, as well as assisting in organizational effectiveness efforts.

He/she will deliver HR solutions in key areas such as recruitment and hiring, internal mobility, employee relations, performance management, labor law compliance, HR operations, skill development, and training.

The role is based in the Milan Head Office, with travel required to boutiques across Italy and Greece.

He/she will liaise with the central European and Middle Eastern HR teams, as well as with Group HR.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • General HR
  • Build relations with stakeholders and staff as a business partner
  • Embed best practices in people management across the network
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Complete ad-hoc HR reports as required
  • Communicate staff movements to relevant departments
  • Manage headcount and personnel costs within budget
  • Participate in cross-functional HR projects and international HR communities
  • Recruitment
  • Assess recruitment needs and communicate with Talent Acquisition
  • Support the recruitment process, including job descriptions and candidate evaluation
  • Promote internal mobility and participate in interviews
  • Process job offers and conduct background checks
  • Talent Management
  • Coordinate performance reviews and develop plans with the L&D team
  • Contribute to talent reviews and team restructuring discussions
  • Handle key lifecycle events and support employee career development
  • Employee Relations
  • Visit stores regularly, maintaining approachability and confidentiality
  • Ensure effective staff management for career enhancement and company interests
PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Humanistic, Psychology, Law, or Economics
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or high-quality, dynamic industries
  • Strong skills in employee relations, talent development, recruiting, and performance management
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in technology and HR systems (experience with Oracle HCM Cloud is a plus)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Professionalism, enthusiasm, and teamwork skills
