About the roleThe HR Business Partner supports employees and teams in handling daily people management and development topics to help the company achieve its goals and support rapid growth.
- Support the Head of HR
- Maintain and grow employee engagement by fostering a positive, inclusive, and safe work environment
- Act as the main contact for employees and advise managers and team leaders
- Manage and develop training activities based on organizational needs
- Implement key HR programs such as career development, performance reviews, and compensation & benefits
- Drive organizational change and transformation, including workforce planning and succession strategies
- Support line managers in fostering a high-performance culture through coaching and talent assessment
- Provide analysis, strategy, forecasts, and budgets related to people management
- Manage relationships with sennder Italia, sennder GmbH, and Poste Italiane, including reporting and analysis
Preferred Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as HRBP or generalist HR role, startup experience is a plus
- Knowledge of core HR concepts (talent acquisition, development, performance evaluation, change management)
- Excellent communication skills and team player
- Detail-oriented with confidentiality awareness
- Empathetic, adaptable communicator
- Data-driven decision-making skills
- Knowledge of Italian labor law
- Proficient in Italian and English
