A leading global engineering company in Marlia is seeking an HR Business Partner to support local management and employees on HR-related topics. The role involves recruitment, onboarding, contract management, and implementing HR strategies. The ideal candidate has a degree in a relevant area, strong communication skills, and proficiency in HR processes. English proficiency is essential, and knowledge of SAP Success Factors is an advantage.

HR BUSINESS PARTNER

Working in close cooperation with ANDRITZ Novimpianti (and other Italian Pulp & Paper companies) community - managers, employees, and HR in all employee lifecycle related topics. Supporting employees and managers with employment and HR related issues locally. Giving expertise to people processes, talent acquisition, and other people and HR related matters. Supporting HR Italy Team locally in implementing the business strategy, strategic people and HR processes.

  • Support managers and employees in people and employment lifecycle related local HR topics
  • Recruitment excl. key positions
  • Employment contracts excl. key positions
  • Salary and benefit negotiations excl. key positions
  • Onboarding and HR orientation
  • Exits
  • Occupational health care-issues
  • Insurances
  • Local labor law-related topics
  • Union relationship management closely with Management and HR Italy team
  • Daily rutines concerning to working time, holidays, pension, leaves (parental ect.)
  • Safety and travelling guidance
  • Travelling guidance
  • Support global HR business partners in implementing annual people processes locally
  • Support HR Team Italy developing HR processes
  • Implemening global HR policies to Andritz Novimpianti (and other Pulp & Paper legal entities in Italy)

QUALIFICATION and COMPETENCIES

  • Preferably prior experience in employment lifecycle related tasks, degree from relevant area.
  • Preferably knowledge and experience in HR processes and procedures – passion for people, right attitude, and motivation to grow and develop into top HR professional is your main asset
  • Knowledge from social media, mainly Linkedin and Linkedin recruiter -tool, and good communication skills
  • You have a customer focused mindset, and you actively work for aligned solutions to serve the business
  • You have good interpersonal skills and ability to network and collaborate with different stakeholders
  • You are precise and descreet in your work
  • We appreciate hands-on attitude and positive vibe, even in a hurry
  • You are excellent in written and spoken English – other languages are an asset
  • Up-to-date IT skills, especially in MS Office environment and Excel, experience in SAP Success Factors is seen as advantage
  • Degree from a relevant area
