To continue driving our mission forward, we are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team.

WHAT WE’D LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF

The HR Business Partner will work closely with business leaders, supporting the Head of People and the Sr. Talent Enablement Specialist in the implementation and management of new strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring that all Business Units are aligned regarding P&C policies.

The main responsibilities of the HR Business Partner include :

  • Strategy Support : collaborate with the Head of People to cascade various P&C activities in your BU of reference.
  • Employee Relations : be the point of contact for your BU of reference and support employee relations, as well as escalations, conflicts, and questions of various sorts.
  • Talent management : implement talent development plans, retention strategies, and succession plans, providing support to leaders for managing and developing resources.
  • Performance management and feedback culture : support leaders in managing employee performance, including setting objectives, monitoring and evaluating performance, and identifying development opportunities. Promote a culture of continuous feedback.
  • Leadership development and succession planning : provide consultancy on skill development strategies to bridge the gap between employees' current abilities and those required by the company in the future.
  • Implementation of well-being and inclusivity programs : promote initiatives for employee well-being, including D&I and sustainability, to improve the company culture and attract diverse talent.
  • Promote company culture : build and maintain a positive culture within the company, aiming to improve employee morale, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Management of compensation and benefits policies : support our Head of People in developing competitive compensation policies, manage compensation and benefits packages, and monitor market trends to ensure the company remains attractive to talent.
  • Development of talent attraction and selection strategies : collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop new recruitment strategies. Support the onboarding and integration process for new hires.
  • Data-driven HR : analyze trends and performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose strategic solutions to optimize business performance and manage human resources-related costs.

WHAT WE WISH YOU’D BRING WITH

  • A degree in psychology, economics, languages, literature, law, or a similar field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in digital sector companies.
  • Experience or a desire to join a rapidly evolving and scaling organization.
  • Business proficiency in English (C1+).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities.
  • Expertise in using and implementing talent acquisition and HR management tools and technologies.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • A mindset that is both analytical and creative, with a solution-oriented approach.
