Your new Role

As an HR Business Partner, you will be the key HR point of contact for the Production
business lines, working closely with the HR Director to align People strategies with overall
business goals. You will be responsible for all critical aspects of the employee lifecycle,
with a strong focus on talent development, performance management, organizational
design, and change support.

Your Skills

What you will do:

  • Onboarding: define induction programs for all new hired.
  • Personnel Appraisal: support Personnel Evaluation process (Performance,
  • Support and coordinate Internal Communication activities
  • Support in the budgeting and spending activities process
  • Talent Management & Career Development: support the process from the
  • identification of a pool of talents to the definition of career paths.
  • Training: assist the definition of a structured yearly plan based on organizational
  • needs to guarantee internal development. Manage training calendar, preparation of
  • materials and feedback collection.
  • Support the team in the preparation of presentations, reporting and analysis.
  • Support the team to continuous innovation and optimization of policies, procedures
  • and company standards
  • Manage internal events organization

Your skills and experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in related position, in fast-paced, dynamic and international companies
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Master in HR management is a plus
  • Labour Law Knowledge
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel and Power Point)
  • High integrity, adaptability, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
