Off-White est à la recherche d'un HR Business Partner pour soutenir les employés durant tout le cycle de vie professionnel. Competenze

As HR Business Partner, you will act as a key strategic partner to the Off-White team, supporting employees through the entire employee lifecycle. You’ll work closely with teams across departments — from design and merchandising to staff functions — helping to align talent strategies with business objectives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers to understand business goals and design HR strategies that support performance, engagement, and growth.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from defining role requirements to sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Collaborate on initiatives to strengthen company culture, employee engagement, and internal communication.
  • Deal with employee relations, ensuring a fair, inclusive, and legally compliant work environment.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Liaise with HR Administration, Legal, and Finance teams on employment-related matters.
  • Contribute to HR projects and help establish corporate policies for the Italian market.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in an HRBP or generalist role, preferably in the fashion, retail, or creative industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

ability to build trust across levels.

  • Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
  • Proactive, collaborative, and culturally sensitive mindset.
