In coordination with the Holding HR Manager, the HR Business Partner will be involved in the following activities :

In coordination with the HR Manager and the GMs of the different operational units, the HR Business Partner will be involved and manage all HR processes :
Recruitment, training and development, organization development.
At country level, he / she will elaborate an Employer Branding strategy in alignment with global group goals and local business needs and he / she will secure a well working environment by facilitating transparent communication, promoting Company Culture, and taking care of the employee relations.
