To support our growth, we are seeking a HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

The HR Business Partner will collaborate closely with business leaders, supporting the Head of People and the Sr. Talent Enablement Specialist in implementing and managing strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring consistency across all Business Units regarding P&C policies.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Strategy Support: Collaborate with the Head of People to cascade P&C activities within your Business Unit.
  2. Employee Relations: Serve as the point of contact for your BU, supporting employee relations, escalations, conflicts, and inquiries.
  3. Talent Management: Implement talent development, retention, and succession plans, supporting leaders in resource management and development.
  4. Performance Management: Assist leaders in managing employee performance, setting objectives, monitoring, evaluating, and fostering a culture of continuous feedback.
  5. Leadership Development & Succession Planning: Provide consultancy on skill development to bridge current abilities with future company needs.
  6. Well-being & Inclusivity Programs: Promote initiatives focused on employee well-being, diversity, inclusion, and sustainability to enhance company culture and attract diverse talent.
  7. Company Culture: Foster a positive work environment to improve morale, engagement, and satisfaction.
  8. Compensation & Benefits: Support in developing competitive policies, managing packages, and monitoring market trends.
  9. Talent Attraction & Selection: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to develop recruitment strategies and support onboarding processes.
  10. Data-driven HR: Analyze HR trends, identify improvement areas, and propose strategic solutions.
Candidate Profile
  • A degree in psychology, economics, languages, literature, law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in digital companies.
  • Experience or interest in scaling organizations.
  • Business proficiency in English (C1+).
  • Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and familiarity with HR tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong organizational skills.
  • Analytical and creative mindset, solution-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in large-scale project management.
  • International work experience.
  • Experience in fast-paced, growth environments.
