The team you will be a part of

The Business HR team implements the organization's human resource strategy so that the organization attracts, manages, develops and retains the employees it needs to achieve its current and future business objectives. Evaluate the organization's future workforce needs in order to recommend changes to the HR strategy and adapt existing HR programs to meet these needs.

This role in summary

As a HR Business Partner in this role, you will have the opportunity to partner in a strategic way with the Spare Parts Center in Carinaro (Province of Caserta) where we have our operating warehouse managing the spare part demand for the whole of the European region.

You will be responsible for driving the main HR processes (such as Talent development, Organizational Design, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Well-being and Engagement) throughout the organization.

Moreover, you will have the chance to engage directly with some of the hard skills required for HR (local unions’ representatives, engagement projects, contractual obligations, etc.). This role will give you the opportunity to develop a Business HR role at 360° by supporting both the main HR Processes and developing the hard skills required to support the day-to-day business.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Support the HR responsible for the functions to implement and guide all the main HR processes, the implementation of the People Agenda and drive an active contribution towards reaching the goal.
  • Be the leader in guiding all day-by-day operations in both functions.
  • Collaborate with the HR Italy Market Team, Central HR Coe and HR Operations.
  • Provide advisory to business line managers in a timely planning and execution of main People Management processes (e.g. Performance Management, Compensation Review, Engagement).
  • Effectively communicate with employees on main relevant topics regarding work-life balance, HR processes, main organizational changes, etc., regarding their own organization.
  • Autonomously and effectively drive some of the main streams in the Italy Market such as Internal Communication, Recruitment, Engagement projects.

Minimum requirements

  • Master's degree studies in Economics, Law, Organizational Psychology, Specialization in HR Management or having completed HR related courses would be considered a plus.
  • A proficient Italian & English speaker.
  • 4-5+ years of experience in a HR role, preferably in a plant (industrial setting) or as a business HR.
  • High knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and Power Point.
  • A strong team player who shares our values and drive for innovation, with a high willingness to learn, proactive approach to reach independence in the role as soon as possible and ability to adapt and be flexible (also considering the cross-functional role).
  • High analytical approach, continuous improvement thinking with an out of the box attitude.
