Descrizione del lavoro

The position will act as an energetic and experienced business partner, supporting the Italian legal entities AGCO SpA and AGCO Italia SpA in Breganze (Vicenza), for a population of 270 salaried employees out of a total of 1000 employees. Working in a fast-paced, matrix-structure organization and in collaboration with the EME HR team and HR Shared Service Team, the individual will be a true generalist covering all facets of HR.

  • What You Will Do
  • Provide HR guidance to employees and managers as appropriate.
  • Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle from sourcing to offboarding.
  • Produce and archive employment letters, promotion documents, and salary/retention plans.
  • Support workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals.
  • Assist employees with international assignments and HR-related matters.
  • Implement and deliver corporate initiatives locally.
  • Participate in regional calls with the EME Talent Management team.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management, including talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and career development.
  • Act as an AGCO cultural ambassador to the site leadership team and colleagues, demonstrating ethical principles and company core values to foster a positive site culture.

Work experience in an international, matrix-structure company is a plus.

  • What You Will Bring
  • At least 5 years of experience as HR Business Partner or HR Manager.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Previous experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong project implementation and delivery skills.

Who You Are

  • Experience managing change, both in business transformation and technological contexts.
  • Good leadership skills with a supportive, consultative, and coaching approach, and the ability to influence others.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR tools (LMS, HRIS, e-Recruitment).
