This role focuses on supporting managers throughout the employee lifecycle while enhancing the company culture. Ideal candidates will have a degree in economics or psychology, broad HR experience, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Italian and German is preferred. The position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and travel.

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated HR Business Partner to join the team. In this role, you’ll work closely with business leaders to align people strategy with organizational goals. You'll be a trusted advisor, providing HR expertise and continue to shape a positive workplace.

As the dedicated HR point of contact for specific business areas, you’ll support managers in all key aspects of the employee lifecycle—from hiring and development to performance and change management. You are a proactive HR with both a strategic and hands-on approach and you know how to successfully balance employee needs with business objectives.
