A leading multinational company in retail is seeking a Retail HR Business Partner to manage HR activities for store employees in Central/South Italy. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in an international retail organization and possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Mobility is required for store visits.

Retail HR Business Partner
Reporting to the HR Manager, the Retail HR Business Partner acts as the HR point of contact for retail employees, including managers, managing all activities related to HR practices and policies for stores in their respective area. Responsibilities include:

1. Visiting company stores regularly;
2. Recruiting store staff for new openings and turnover;
3. Supporting learning processes and induction activities;
4. Involving store staff in the company’s values and culture;
5. Supporting communication of company policies;
6. Talent management, developing plans, and rotating top talents within the organization;
7. Analyzing staff needs for follow-up and updates;
8. Supporting the HR Payroll Specialist with policy and administrative issues as the first contact point for store staff;
9. Managing Compensation & Benefits programs aligned with company strategy.
