Reporting to the Regional HR Manager (based in Spain) and dotted line to the Italian Country Manager, this role supports employees in the central office in Lainate and the field force across Italy. The successful candidate will be part of the EMEA HR department, working on regional projects as needed.

Experience & Education
- 5-7 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a multicultural and multinational environment.
- Experience managing high workloads with conflicting priorities in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
- Proven track record with HR information systems, reporting, and data analysis.
- Good knowledge of local employment and labor laws, including collective bargaining agreements.
- Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Social Relations, or Law.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
Internal Responsibilities
- Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Adapt and implement corporate HR policies and initiatives to ensure local relevance and legal compliance.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives, including annual training programs.
- Collaborate with the Regional HR Manager and Reward team to manage reward and benefits processes within the global framework.
- Assist managers in improving employee engagement through performance assessment and action planning.
- Ensure local HR practices are legally compliant and aligned with company values, working with external counsel as needed.
- Utilize people analytics to create HR dashboards, reports, and data insights.
- Deliver professional HR administration services across Italy.
