We are also hiring a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about people, with a strong administrative background, eager to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment processes: posting ads, screening applicants, scheduling interviews
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and induction of new staff
  • Prepare HR documents such as contracts and policy acknowledgements
  • Coordinate training and development programs
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Work and SCHADS Award guidelines
  • Provide administrative support to HR and the wider team

Qualifications:

  • Certificate or Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or working towards)
  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
