Job Summary :
- Assist with compliance matters such as maintaining employee records, ensuring the company complies with labour laws (primarily Italy), and filing reports with government agencies.
- Support the recruitment process by posting vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting initial interviews.
- Help new employees with onboarding, including orientation, document verification, and policy explanation.
- Handle employee relations, complaints, attendance tracking, and maintain employee files.
- Assist with benefits enrollment and processing paperwork.
- Support payroll by verifying timesheets and responding to inquiries.
- Coordinate and promote training programs, ensuring participation.
- Assist in performance management activities like evaluations and goal setting.
- Perform administrative HR tasks, including report preparation and event organization.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of Italian HR laws and regulations preferred.
- At least 1 year experience in an HR role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in GSuite.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology (optional).
