Are you passionate about HR systems and digital transformation? Do you enjoy managing implementation projects and acting as a bridge between IT and HR to bring innovative solutions to life? At Alfasigma, we are looking for an HR Application Engineer to join our Application Transformation Team within the Global IT Department. The role will be responsible for leading the implementation and optimization of HR digital tools and platforms, ensuring efficiency, functionality, and alignment with business needs.

Main Responsibilities :

Act as the key reference for the implementation and maintenance of HR systems, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors

Translate HR business requirements into IT solutions, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors

Lead project delivery activities, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met

Collaborate with the HR department to continuously improve user experience and system effectiveness

Monitor the performance of HR applications and provide technical support to users

Manage integration projects with other tools, such as ZTravel and Concur

Prepare and maintain documentation, training materials, and regular reporting for system enhancements and roll-outs

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within structured corporate environments

Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (mandatory)

Familiarity with ZTravel and Concur is a plus

Excellent project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions

Fluent in English, both written and spoken
