    • What you’ll do
    • Join the HR Operations & Compensation team;
    • Engage in various activities at both national and international levels:
    • Prepare accurate monthly reports on workforce, labor costs, and HR KPIs (turnover, hires, absenteeism, vacations, etc.);
    • Provide insights on key topics and trends;
    • Assist in labor cost and workforce planning (budget and forecast);
    • Manage monthly closure activities and variance analysis (actual vs. forecast/budget); maintain 100% accuracy of HR system data through monthly audits;
    • Monitor hiring plans with structured reporting;
    • Support top management and corporate functions with ad hoc reports and presentations.
    • Who you are
    • You hold a degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, or a related field;
    • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
    • You possess strong analytical skills, attentive to details and the big picture;
    • You have a B2+ level of English, both written and spoken;
    • You are proactive, flexible, a problem solver, team-oriented, and results-driven.
