The global HR organization includes HR business partners, learning and development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee communications, and HR system operations.

  • KLA is looking for a highly motivated professional to work in the Human Resources Department, providing administrative support to the local HR Manager and the EU HR team.

  • Main responsibilities
  • Assist the HR Manager with internal and external HR related requests
  • Perform administrative duties, such as updating the internal employee database, preparing HR and mobility-related documents
  • Support payroll preparation
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Conduct new-hire orientations and update records of new staff
  • Coordinate training sessions
  • Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and other external providers
  • Maintain records of employees, calendars, agendas, schedule meetings, and assist in organizing HR events.
  • Produce HR metrics and reports, assist with HR presentations
  • Deal with ad-hoc administration activities and help with office duties

  • Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resources
  • Exposure to labor law, payroll practices, and HR best practices
  • Very good organizational and time management abilities
  • Fast learner, able to
  • multitask and problem-solve
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Knowledge of Workday is a plus
