Descrizione del lavoro

The HR Administration Specialist oversees all activities related to contracts and personnel administration, from hiring to termination, ensuring correct functional management of procedures. He / she interfaces with function managers and is involved in compensation policies, solving organizational issues, reporting, and supporting all managers and employees on personnel administration and management issues.

Main activities :

  • Management of hiring, termination and transformation practices of labor relations and related documents;
  • Attendance recording and management of administrative practices related to the employee life cycle in the company (INAZ program);
  • Consulting department heads and employees on personnel administration issues (vacation, illness, leave, severance pay management, accidents...);
  • Updating and monitoring reports related to personnel administration activities and KPIs;
  • Monitoring of employee compensation system according to group strategy;
  • Support HR projects.

Requirements of the position :

  • At least three years of experience in structured HR departments;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel;
  • Knowledge of the INAZ program (preferable);
  • Residence or domicile in the territory.
