A leading global performance motorsports apparel company seeks an HR Administration Specialist to enhance their HR department. This role includes managing hiring processes, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations, aimed at supporting organizational growth. Ideal candidates will have strong administrative skills and relevant HR experience.

  • At least 2-3 years' experience in HR administration activities in structured companies.
  • Proactive and reliable with excellent teamwork skills.

HR Administration Specialist Company Description

We are looking for a HR ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST to join the HR department.

Position

Main responsibilities :

  • Support with hiring documents, employment proposal and contracts;
  • Organize and manage the Administration Onboarding process with new employees;
  • Collect part of the monthly variations to insert in the payslips;
  • Maintain and support the relationship with local and foreign payroll vendor and other third parties to ensure a smooth monthly process;
  • Support employees on administrative and payroll issues;
  • Manage the Company Welfare Portal and Ticket Restaurant, submitting new employees, deleting leavers, downloading reports;
  • Preparation of reports for Finance area and internal reports for HR function, reports related to costs and People Analytics to support decision-making process.

Requirements

Requirements :

  • Master’s degree in business, law or labor consulting;
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in HR administration activities, in structured companies;
  • Customer orientation, result orientation, cooperative way of working and planning, organizational, attention to details and accuracy skills;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office,
  • Confidentiality, results orientation, proactivity, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, spirit of innovation, problem solving skills and reliability complete the profile.
