Who we are looking for?

We’re seeking a HR Administration & Payroll Specialist who brings a strong blend of technical expertise in payroll administration and a proactive mindset that fosters a collaborative team environment. Sharp analytical skills are essential to navigate the complexities of payroll, contracts, and benefits, and to prevent and handle any labor issues. Due to the sensitive nature of this role, integrity and discretion are crucial.

The ideal candidate has:

  • At least 6 to 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational or consulting environment,
  • In-depth expertise in personnel administration & management activities,
  • A deep understanding of labor law and Italian CCNL regulations,
  • A proven track record of hands-on experience in legal compliance related to payroll & benefits processes,
  • Excellent team player with an employee & colleague-centric mindset,
  • Degree in HR, Legal, or Economics,
  • Proficiency in Italian language is essential;

English language proficiency is also required (at least C1)

Capable user of Microsoft Office Package (especially Word and Excel).

What will you be responsible for?

  • Overseeing all activities related to personnel administration and payroll services, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and legal compliance,
  • Providing reliable information to employees and external consultants and coordinating communication flows related to employment, payroll, benefits, corporate policy, and labor regulations,
  • Managing contracts and documentation related to hiring, onboarding, and offboarding (employment letters, extensions, transformations, disciplinary and exit agreements),
  • Managing relations with labor and payroll providers, acting as their point of contact for communication and comparisons,
  • Processing workforce lifecycle changes and data entries, including personal data, employment contracts, compensation, promotions, and benefits, ensuring accuracy in HR and attendance systems,
  • Supervising administrative activities related to absences, holidays, illnesses, leaves of absence, law 104, and accidents in accordance with CCNL,
  • Supporting the Head of HR in workforce planning, budget elaboration, labor cost forecasting, variance analysis, bonus calculation, and related documentation.
