Competenze

  • Laurea triennale o magistrale in discipline umanistiche o economiche.

  • Esperienza pregressa in ambienti aziendali dinamici e strutturati, preferibilmente internazionali.

Mansioni

  • Supportare il Payroll e il Personnel Administration Manager nella gestione delle relazioni con i dipendenti.
  • Assistere il HR Manager nei processi di assunzione e onboarding.
  • Gestire le relazioni con agenzie di lavoro per personale temporaneo.

Description of the company

Our client is a multinational company operating in the medical devices sector. Located in the biomedical district of Mirandola (MO), we are seeking a:


Position

HR ADMINISTRATION & PAYROLL SPECIALIST


The candidate, within the Human Resources Department, will be responsible for:


- Supporting the Payroll and Personnel Administration Manager in:


  • Managing employee relations;
  • Handling administrative tasks related to personnel (hiring, contractual changes, resignations, attendance, deadlines);
  • Providing support and advice to employees on contractual, payroll, and administrative matters;

- Assisting the HR Manager with:


  • Recruitment and onboarding processes (from defining requirements to publishing ads, interviews, and onboarding);
  • Managing relationships with staffing agencies for temporary staff;
  • Addressing training needs and professional development of employees.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:


  • A bachelor's or master's degree in humanistic or economic fields;
  • Excellent knowledge and experience with payroll processes;
  • Previous experience in dynamic and structured corporate environments, preferably international;
  • Good command of the English language;
  • Proficiency with management software; knowledge of Team System is a plus;
  • Familiarity with CCNL for plastics, commerce, and metalworking industries is a plus.

Additional Information

Offering a permanent contract directly with the company.
