Job summary

VF Corporation in Milan is seeking an experienced HR Admin & Payroll Specialist to join our HR Payroll team. The role focuses on monthly payroll processing, time and attendance, and employee lifecycle administration in a multinational retail environment.

You will maintain HR/payroll records, support statutory obligations, and collaborate with HR, Finance and payroll providers. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years' payroll experience and fluent English, with strong Excel skills and Zucchetti

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Economics, HR or Business Administration.
• 1-3 years of payroll or HR administration experience in retail or multinational.
• Good knowledge of the Italian CCNL Commercio.
• Basic knowledge of Italian labor law, payroll and social security principles.
• Knowledge of Zucchetti for Time & Attendance is highly desirable.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely collection and validation of payroll inputs.
• Manage time and attendance, absences, holidays, leaves, sickness and other payroll-related information.
• Support employee administration throughout the employment lifecycle, including hires, contractual changes, transfers and terminations.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR/payroll systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare documentation for payroll processing and statutory obligations.
• Support INPS/INAIL and other administrative requirements with the payroll provider.
• Perform payroll checks and basic reconciliations, addressing discrepancies.
• Respond to employees' questions regarding payslips, attendance, leave and HR processes.
• Support the preparation of payroll and HR reports.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and other internal stakeholders.

How you’ll make a difference

• Support the monthly payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely collection and validation of payroll inputs.

• Contribute to improving and simplifying HR administration and payroll processes.

Skills for success

• Degree or diploma in Economics, HR or Business Administration.
• 1-3 years of experience in payroll, HR administration or personnel administration in a retail or multinational environment.
• Good knowledge of the Italian CCNL Commercio.
• Basic knowledge of Italian labor law, payroll and social security principles.
• Knowledge of Zucchetti, particularly for Time & Attendance management, is highly desirable.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confidence working with data.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Hiring Range: €30.240,00 EUR - €37.800,00 EUR annually
