A leading educational organization in Milan is seeking a People Admin Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the HR department. The role involves ensuring compliance with Italian labor laws, preparing employment documentation, and coordinating with payroll for accurate processing. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in employment administration, with strong organizational and communication skills in both Italian and English. This is a fulltime on-site position.

Competenze

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years in employment administration or payroll support.
  • Knowledge of Italian labor laws and compliance requirements.

Mansioni

  • Prepare and manage employment contracts and maintain employee records.
  • Respond to employee inquiries about company policies and HR procedures.
  • Collaborate with payroll for accurate data for monthly payroll.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
