What we look for in you?
- Previous experience in HR or personnel administration of at least 1-2 years;
- Knowledge of labor regulations and main national collective agreements;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
- Precision, organization, and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and relational skills;
- Proactivity and initiative;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Knowledge of main HR management software (e.g., Zucchetti, ADP);
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially;
- Diploma or degree in economic, legal, or humanistic disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Managing employee attendance and absences;
- Supporting the preparation of contractual documentation;
- Archiving and updating personnel files;
- Monitoring administrative and contractual deadlines;
- Supporting relations with external entities (e.g., INPS, INAIL);
- Collecting and analyzing HR data;
- Supporting the creation of HR reports and statistics;
- Collaborating with payroll team for monthly data collection;
- Participating in HR process improvement projects.
