    Past experience in film, event, advertising, or theatre production is highly regarded.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Issuing engagement letters using an accounting management software (Netsuite)
    • Handling employee queries
    • Coordinating with labor consultants
    • Managing employee expenses, invoices, and payslips
    • Keeping software updated with the latest accounting information

    Requirements:

    • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
    • Excellent communication skills at all levels
    • Quick learner of new accounting software (Netsuite)
    • Experience in drafting simple contracts is a plus
