Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Rome is seeking a Channel Sales Engineer to collaborate with partners and drive revenue growth for AI-Native networking solutions. The role combines strong communication with technical expertise to translate business goals into technical solutions.
The position is hybrid, with two or more days in the Rome office. Candidates should have 5–7 years in sales engineering, fluency in Italian and English, and a willingness to travel to support customers and partners.
This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with a requirement that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

A Channel Sales Engineer (SE) is an outstanding individual who combines communication skills to build strong professional relationships with technical skills to promote our AI-Native advanced networking solutions. The SE works closely with a Partner Business Manager(s) to drive revenue growth for HPE by helping our partners and customers achieve their business objectives.
If you have exceptional technical dedication and curiosity, can influence both technical and business decision-makers, translate business goals and challenges into technical solutions, and possess interpersonal and high-impact presentation skills that evoke passion and confidence, then HPE Networking is the place for you!
This is a Hybrid work position, with two or more days of office attendance in Rome, Italy.

– Italy: Annual Salary EUR 58,200 - 102,800
This range reflects the minimum to maximum combined base and target-level sales compensation that would be paid if the hire performs at 100% of their sales plan. Of that on-target pay amount, the mix of base salary and target-level sales compensation is 75%/25%."
