What you'll do:

• Lead our housekeeping team, including internal staff and external cleaning companies
• Check guest rooms and public areas daily for cleanliness and standards
• Manage orders, delivery bills, procurement, and stay within budget
• Coordinate with hotel maintenance for upkeep and repairs
• Collaborate with the Rooms Division at our headquarters in Munich
• Take care of plants, floral arrangements, and seasonal decorations
• Manage lost and found items and their return

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a lifestyle hotel
• Has a passion for cleanliness, detail-oriented
• Is eco- and cost-conscious
• Is a strong communicator, assertive, and flexible
• Is confident, joyful, and humorous
• Enjoys working with international guests and responds smartly to their needs
• Speaks fluent Italian and English
