Job Summary

Responsible for the daily shift operations of Housekeeping, Recreation/Health Club, and, if applicable, Laundry. Directs and collaborates with employees to ensure property guestrooms, public spaces, and employee areas are clean and well-maintained. Performs inspections and holds staff accountable for corrective actions. Assists in maintaining guest and employee satisfaction while managing the operating budget.

Supports management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees. Ensures compliance with all company policies, safety, and security procedures; reports maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; completes safety training and certifications. Maintains a professional appearance and confidentiality of proprietary information; protects company assets.

Welcomes and acknowledges all guests according to company standards, anticipates and addresses guest needs, assists individuals with disabilities, and expresses genuine appreciation to guests. Performs other duties as requested by supervisors.
