AMA Stay is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Attendant to maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas, ensuring comfort and consistent high quality. You will collaborate with the team, restock supplies, and support laundry tasks while adhering to safety and sustainability guidelines.

Italian and English are required, German is a plus, and a flexible, team-oriented attitude is essential to delight guests.

• Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a similar role is preferred.
• Language skills: Italian and English; German is considered an advantage.

Mansioni

• Clean, organise, and maintain guest rooms and shared areas.
• Follow all Stay standards and prepare spaces with care.
• Perform daily housekeeping activities: dust, vacuum, mop, bathrooms.
• Restock and organise supplies and amenities.
• Report maintenance needs or damages to the team.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and sustainability guidelines.
• Support laundry operations: washing, drying, folding, ironing.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team for high-quality guest experiences.

Tasks

• Clean, organise, and maintain guest rooms, apartments, and shared areas according to AMA
• Stay standards
• Ensure spaces are prepared with care, attention to detail, and a focus on comfort
• Perform daily housekeeping activities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, and maintaining overall cleanliness
• Restock and organise supplies, materials, and amenities
• Report any maintenance needs, damages, or irregularities to the responsible team members
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and sustainability guidelines
• Support laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for every guest
