We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Assistant for the Anantara Convento of Amalfi, centrally located in Amalfi. This is a full-time position responsible for managing the entire housekeeping operations of the property.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property in rooms, public and common areas.
  • Build productive and professional relationships with the Housekeeping Team.
  • Support the team to provide excellent cleaning services.
  • Oversee daily on-the-job training for all cleaning staff.
  • Maintain accurate financial, maintenance, and inventory records.
Qualifications

To be successful, you will have:

  • Experience managing a housekeeping team.
  • Experience controlling budgets and maintaining all operating supplies, replacements, and consumables.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow procedures and set cleanliness standards.
