Location:Impruneta (Florence, Italy)

Seasonal Position:March – October

About the Role:

We are seeking aprofessional, kind, and well-presented ladyto join our team as aHousekeeper and Breakfast Hostessfor a beautiful, high-end villa with hotel services located inImpruneta. This is a seasonal role fromMarch to October, with working hours from8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in creating a warm, welcoming, and refined environment for guests, with experience working in luxury hospitality settings such as 5-star hotels or private rental villas.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve daily breakfast for up to8 guests
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the villa’s common areas and guest spaces
• Clean and reset outdoor areas, wipe down tables, arrange fresh flowers, and sweep terraces
• Be at guests' disposal for basic needs, offering a warm and professional presence
• Ensure the villa maintains its high-end, elegant presentation throughout the day

Requirements:

• Proven experience inluxury hotels or private high-end villas
• Professional, kind, discreet, and smiling personality
• Strong attention to detail and sense of hospitality
• Must have acar and valid driving license(job is not accessible by public transport)
• Eligibility to work in Italy and availability for the entire season (March – October)

We offer:

AContratto Agricolo of 36 hours/week, with a salary of€1,500 net per month, in a serene and elegant working environment within the Tuscan hills.
