We are seeking honest, reliable, and hardworking housekeepers to ensure the smooth operation of Sonder. In addition to standard housekeeping duties, our housekeepers serve as our eyes and ears in guest units, proactively reporting issues and ensuring a high-quality guest experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Performing cleaning tasks such as bathroom, kitchen, living spaces, changing linens, window washing, surface polishing, balcony cleaning, trash removal, carpet vacuuming, floor mopping, and dusting.
2. Restocking apartments with toiletries, kitchen supplies, and branded collateral.
3. Ensuring all furniture, appliances, and amenities are clean and functional.
4. Rearranging furniture and amenities according to layout specifications.
5. Cleaning common areas including lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, parking garages, and back-of-house areas to Sonder standards.
6. Performing deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
7. Restocking housekeeping carts with linens, supplies, and consumables for the next day.
8. Maintaining confidentiality and security of guest rooms.
9. Traveling between locations as needed across the city.
10. Reporting maintenance issues, hazards, security concerns, or property damage.
11. Returning supplies and equipment to storage areas.
12. Handling special cleaning projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Positive attitude and professionalism, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
2. Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
3. Knowledge of sanitation products, cleaning techniques, and equipment operation.
4. Physical stamina to reach, kneel, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
5. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
6. Reliable smartphone, transportation, and willingness to travel between properties daily.
