• Monitoring building status and addressing issues
• Managing linen inventory and coordinating with laundry services
• Tracking and returning lost and found items
• Supporting guest check-ins and onboarding
• Supervising supplier visits and managing orders
• Assisting with cleaning schedules and communicating with the cleaning team
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness before guest arrival
