We seek a hospitality operations enthusiast who can motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Our locations vary widely, and we pride ourselves on hotel-like service, which you will oversee.

The Opportunity:

  • Be the face of Sonder, creating exceptional first impressions for guests and partners.
  • Guide guests through the Sonder app and self-service features.
  • Communicate proactively with guests to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Handle guest interactions professionally, resolving issues and fulfilling requests.
  • Coordinate tasks at the front desk, delegate, and mentor team members.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces.
  • Support back-of-house operations, including audits and maintenance.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and contribute to continuous improvement.

Who We Look For:

  • Experience in hospitality, customer service, or related roles, with familiarity with communication software like Salesforce.
  • Personable, positive, and service-oriented.
  • Excellent problem-solving and computer skills.
  • Organized, diligent, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Reliable smartphone for work purposes (expenses reimbursed).
