Merlin Entertainments is expanding its Hotel Revenue Management team and is looking for a talented dynamic and datadriven Hotel Revenue Manager to join the European team. This exciting role focuses primarily on Gardaland Resort one of our flagship European destinations and offers a fantastic opportunity to shape the revenue strategy for Merlins growing hotel portfolio across Europe. This role can be based either in Italy or UK.

Success in this role requires a keen analytical mindset and a deep understanding of market dynamics. You will monitor key performance indicators competitor pricing and local demand drivers making continuous adjustments to exceed financial targets. Additionally you will optimise distribution strategies across direct and thirdparty channels while leveraging PMS revenue management tools and data analytics. Collaboration is keyyou will work closely with hotel GMs marketing sales finance and digital teams to align revenue strategies support budgeting and drive direct bookings while identifying opportunities to maximise ancillary revenue streams.

Qualifications & Experience

5 years experience in revenue management pricing strategy or commercial finance within hospitality.

Proven ability to drive revenue growth and profitability through pricing and distribution strategies.

Expertise in revenue management systems PMS and CRS platforms.

Strong understanding of hotel market dynamics competitive analysis and demand forecasting.

Bachelors degree in Finance Business or Hospitality Management (MBA preferred).

Fluency in Italian and English is essential.

Strong analytical strategic thinking and problemsolving skills to optimise revenue performance.

Excellent communication presentation and commercial acumen to influence stakeholders.
