Une entreprise internationale renommée dans le secteur du Food & Beverage recherche un responsable F&B basé à Milan. Vous serez chargé de gérer les performances de votre équipe, de maintenir un excellent service client et d'atteindre des objectifs commerciaux dans un environnement dynamique. Ce rôle nécessite une expérience significative en gestion d'équipe et un fort esprit orienté résultats.

Competenze

• Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en tant que responsable F&B, de préférence dans le secteur du luxe.
• Esprit stratégique, analytique et pratique.
• Excellentes compétences en présentation.

Mansioni

• Gérer et surveiller les KPI principaux des départements F&B.
• Atteindre les objectifs d'affaires du département (ventes et productivité).
• Superviser une équipe de 100-150 employés.

POSIZIONE : HOTEL & RESORT - Food & Beverage Manager

DESCRIZIONE AZIENDA

On behalf of our esteemed international client leader in the Food & Beverage sector, we are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager that will be based in Milan.

Main Duties :

1. Manage and monitor main KPI's of departments in all Food & Beverage areas.
2. Achieve department business goals (sales and productivity).
3. Identify customer needs and respond proactively to all concerns.
4. Maintain excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
5. Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel.
6. Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies, and procedures.
7. Maintain relations with stakeholders (HR, Marketing, Facility, Finance).
8. Directly supervise a team of 100-150 employees through their first-line managers.

Key Experiences :

1. University Degree or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as a Food & Beverage Leader / Manager, preferably in retail or luxury sectors.
3. Customer and service-oriented mindset.
4. Results-driven.
5. Good understanding of retail front and back-office procedures.
6. Experience in developing and implementing retail operational solutions, ideally in a retail or customer-focused environment.
7. Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
8. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams at HQ and market levels.
9. Willingness to travel.
