Un'azienda internazionale leader nel settore Food & Beverage cerca un Food & Beverage Manager a Milano. Questa posizione richiede una combinazione di esperienza, capacità di leadership e una forte orientazione al cliente. Sarai responsabile della gestione di un team di 100-150 persone, garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di business e un servizio clienti eccellente. Se hai una laurea e 3-5 anni di esperienza nel settore retail o lusso, questa è un'opportunità imperdibile per far parte di un ambiente dinamico e stimolante.

Competenze

• 3-5 anni di esperienza come Food & Beverage Manager, preferibilmente nel settore retail/lusso.
• Ottime capacità analitiche e di presentazione, con esperienza in soluzioni operative.

Mansioni

• Gestire e monitorare i KPI dei dipartimenti nelle aree Food & Beverage.
• Condurre il team F&B reclutando, formando e valutando il personale.

POSIZIONE: HOTEL & RESORT - Food & Beverage Manager

RETRIBUZIONE ANNUA LORDA:

DESCRIZIONE AZIENDA

On behalf of our esteemed international client leader in the Food & Beverage sector, we are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager that will be based in Milan.

Main Duties:

1. Manage and monitor main KPI's of departments in all Food & Beverage areas.
2. Achievement of department's business goals (sales and productivity).
3. Identify customers' needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
4. Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
5. Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel.
6. Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies, and procedures.
7. Maintain relations with different stakeholders (HR, Marketing, Facility, Finance).
8. Direct responsibility of a group of 100/150 coworkers in accordance with their first line of managers.

Key Experiences:

1. University Degree or equivalent.
2. 3 to 5 years minimum experience in a role of Food & Beverage Leader/Manager; preferably with experience in retail/luxury sector.
3. Customer and service-oriented.
4. Result focused.
5. Good understanding of retail front-and back-office procedures.
6. Experience in developing and implementing retail operational solutions, preferably in a retail or customer-oriented context.
7. Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
8. Ability to work with cross-functional teams at HQ/Markets levels.
9. Travel flexibility.
