Il candidato ideale ha un'esperienza consolidata e capacità nella gestione di team e obiettivi di vendita. Fondamentale è una laurea e fluente conoscenza dell'inglese. Competenze

  • Esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni in un ruolo di Food & Beverage Leader / Manager, preferibilmente nel settore retail / lusso.
  • Buona comprensione delle procedure operative nei retail.

POSIZIONE : HOTEL & RESORT - Food & Beverage Manager

DESCRIZIONE AZIENDA

On behalf of our esteemed international client leader in the Food & Beverage sector, we are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager that will be based in Milan.

Main Duties :
  • Manage and monitor main KPI's of departments in all Food & Beverage areas.
  • Achievement of department's business goals (sales and productivity).
  • Identify customers' needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
  • Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
  • Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel.
  • Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain relations with different stakeholders (HR, Marketing, Facility, Finance).
  • Direct responsibility of a group of 100 / 150 coworkers in accordance with their first line of managers.
Key Experiences :
  • University Degree or equivalent.
  • 3 to 5 years minimum experience in a role of Food & Beverage Leader / Manager; preferably with experience in retail / luxury sector.
  • Customer and service-oriented.
  • Result focused.
  • Good understanding of retail front-and back-office procedures.
  • Experience in developing and implementing retail operational solutions, preferably in a retail or customer-oriented context.
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams at HQ / Markets levels.
  • Travel flexibility.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Languages :
