About the Opportunity :

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Milan, Italy. As part of our ongoing growth in the Italian Project & Cost Management team, this role will play a key part in expanding our portfolio, focusing on the refurbishment and repositioning of existing hotels and the development of new build hotel properties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of project delivery, be passionate about the hospitality industry, and possess an entrepreneurial mindset. Key Responsibilities :

• Provide cost management services through the pre and post-contract process
• Support business objectives of delivering value for money in all circumstances
• Carry out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and procedures
• Take personal responsibility for complying with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards

Requirements :

• Degree qualified (or working towards) in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline
• Working towards Chartered status
• A minimum of 5+ years' experience of working in the Hospitality industry
• A team player, outgoing, flexible, enthusiastic and ambitious
