As we continue to grow and deliver exceptional guest experiences, we are seeking a dynamic Hotel Manager to lead, oversee, and manage all aspects of hotel operations at our hotels in Pesaro, with potential future openings, seasonal as well as annual operations.

Position Overview

The Hotel Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the hotel, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing the team, and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership & Team Management: Lead and manage all hotel departments including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance. Ensure staff is trained, motivated, and working collaboratively to achieve operational excellence.
  2. Guest Experience: Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high service standards, addressing guest concerns, and overseeing quality control in all aspects of the guest stay.
  3. Operations Management: Oversee daily hotel operations, including budgeting, financial performance, staff schedules, inventory, and resources. Monitor financial performance, manage expenses, and work towards exceeding revenue targets.
  4. Staff Development: Foster a positive work environment through teamwork, ongoing training, and staff development within the company.
  5. Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining health, safety, and cleanliness standards across the hotel.
  6. Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to promote the hotel, drive occupancy, and maximize revenue during all seasons.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A hands-on approach with attention to detail.
  • In-depth knowledge of hotel management software and basic financial principles.
  • A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding guest experiences.
