Your Main Duties

• Ensure the smooth running of the hotel, managing all areas of the business and delivering high-level guest service
• Inspire and motivate the team to achieve operational excellence aligned with the company vision
• Meet and greet guests and VIPs, recognizing and anticipating their individual needs
• Handle guest complaints effectively
• Manage financial aspects, including budgeting and preparing monthly revenue and expense forecasts
• Ensure the premises are in optimal condition for guest service
• Coordinate with outlet managers (restaurant, bar) to discuss operations
• Supervise maintenance, suppliers, renovations, and furnishings
• Maintain effective security measures
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and business partners
• Conduct regular inspections of the property and services
• Promote and market the hotel

Your Profile

• Be authentic and yourself
• Degree and/or diploma in hotel management or related fields
• Minimum of 5 years operational management experience
• Solid background in international hospitality companies
• Experience in revenue management, budgets, P&L, and forecasting
• Good knowledge of the Milan market
• Entrepreneurial skills
• Reliable, organized, proactive, with strong communication skills
• Fluent in English and Italian
