Hotel Manager

Luxury boutique hotel is seeking a Hotel Manager to join our management team. Reporting directly to the Owner, you will be responsible for leading the daily operational management of the hotel services. Your role will involve supervising and coordinating department heads to enhance service efficiency, and achieve revenue and guest satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the team and daily operations to provide memorable customer experiences and meet targets.
  • Address customer concerns and foster a service recovery culture to promote loyalty.
  • Assist in developing hotel budgets and strategic goals.
  • Provide leadership to the management team and staff to ensure targets are met or exceeded while maintaining high engagement and motivation.
  • Plan and coordinate service delivery across operational departments to exceed guest expectations.
  • Control costs and analyze results to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
  • Hold regular meetings with department heads to share guidance, feedback, and gather input for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as Director of Operations or Hotel Manager in five-star properties.
  • Extensive background in Food and Beverage and Room Division Management.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Knowledge of hotel property management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
