Position: Hotel Operations Manager

Orienta Spa, Divisione Professionals, is seeking a Hotel Operations Manager for an international hotel chain.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the General Manager in team leadership and daily operations supervision.
2. Handle guest complaints proactively.
3. Assist in budget planning and management.
4. Organize, direct, and oversee operational departments.
5. Monitor costs across departments, analyze performance, identify optimization areas, and implement targeted interventions.
6. Conduct operational briefings and periodic meetings with department heads to facilitate communication, gather feedback, and improve guest and staff experiences.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar role.
• Solid background in Food & Beverage and Room Division sectors.
• Competency in budget management, revenue proposals, and forecasting.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems.
